Extruded Coal Based Activated Carbon
The activated carbon is a high activity extruded carbon manufactured by steam activation from select grades of anthracite coal.
Extruded coal based activated carbon with sulphur loaded is chemically impregnated specifically for use in the control of mercury. The carefully controlled addition of elemental sulphur to the matrix of the activated carbon is specifically designed to ensure maximum mercury loading capacity. While operation to the strictest removal effciencies demanded by the industry.
